DEVILS DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY

The club, founded in the early 50's began with Bruck Mills, a major employer, attracting European migrants to Wangaratta. Jack Ballou, Bruck's general manager, formed The Rayonaires in 1951, leading to early success. The club settled at South Wangaratta Reserve in 1965 and became Wangaratta City Soccer Club in 1959. The 70s saw the introduction of junior teams and a league transition, enhancing competitiveness.

 

Embracing female football in the 80s, the club became Wangaratta City Football Club in 2006, now a respected community institution.
